• Ms. Peters volunteers as a mentor with the Young Lawyer’s Section of the Norfolk & Portsmouth Bar Association
• On March 7, 2017, Ms. Phillips was honored to participate with the Norfolk Education Foundation as Maury HIgh School’s Principal For a Day.
• Ms. Phillips and Ms. Peters co-wrote and presented a Continuing Legal Education class in October 2011 entitled “GAL Requirements: Problems and Solutions”
• Ms. Phillips and Ms. Peters wrote and presented a Continuing Legal Education class in September and October 2010 entitled “Ex Parte Communications: Applicable Risks & Rules”
• Ms. Phillips and Ms. Peters, with another prominent family law attorney, co-wrote and co-presented a CLE for the Norfolk Portsmouth Bar Association on “Military Retirement and Family Law Issues” in October 2013
• Ms. Peters co-wrote and co-presented a CLE in September 2013 entitled “Litigating Abuse and Neglect Cases”
